If you enroll in both the
OMS Review and
Cosmetic Maxillofacial
Surgery courses,
the last day of the OMS review is the first day of the CMS course.
Tuition for each course includes handout materials covering
all speakers’ lectures. The tuition for each course includes a buffet lunch each
day and refreshments served during the morning and
afternoon breaks.
No recording devices will be allowed in the lecture
rooms or labs.
If you are in need of ADA or special dietary arrangements, please attach a written description of
needs or telephone the LSU Continuing Dental Education office at (504) 832-3500 or send an email
to Elsa Hodge at least two (2) weeks prior to start of activities.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: LSU Continuing Dental Education/The Louisiana
Academy of Continuing Dental Education reserves
the right to cancel any course should circumstances warrant such action. In the
event a course is cancelled or filled, the Academy will either refund the full tuition
or apply the tuition to the next course of your choice. If you must cancel your
registration for a course, the Academy will apply the tuition you paid (minus an
administrative fee) to the next course of your choice if the Academy receives written
notification of your withdrawal fifteen (15) working days prior to a lecture course
or thirty (30) days prior to a participation course. Notification of withdrawal
received after a course begins will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition.
